With over a decade of experience in international team recruitment and management, Evgenia Pavlova has provided ground-breaking HR solutions for the IT industry in Canada and beyond.

An alumnus of Harvard Business School, Boston University, and the University of Roehampton, she has built a rich educational foundation that has allowed her to excel in key professional areas, such as business development, IT service s delivery, HR consulting, and corporate branding.

As the driving force behind ECM Consulting, Evgenia has been instrumental in establishing the company as the world's first full-cycle consultancy, guiding clients from idea conception to the final solution. Her innovative development strategies and expertise in building bridges between young professionals and the IT sector has paved the way for numerous successful collaborations.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, she is also an active member of the Forbes Council and serves as a volunteer with Forbes Women.

That's how it all started

Founded in March 2019 as a collaborative venture between key European aerospace and IT industry leaders, ECM Consulting emerged with the backing of eminent European enterprises. The primary objective was to fortify sales, marketing, and human resources initiatives for aerospace projects in the North American region.

Since 2019, ECM Consulting has gained a wealth of experience and built an extensive partner network. The company is an official member of several professional organizations and has agreements on support and cooperation with many others. ECM Consulting is also an authorized partner for NASA and government projects in Canada and the United States.

Since foundation, ECM Consulting has been led by Evgenia Pavlova, a recognized global expert in the field of Information Technology with over 20 years of experience in leading multinational companies. Evgenia brings with her a wealth of expertise in sales and human resources management, which has been instrumental in driving the growth and development of ECM Consulting. Her exceptional leadership and business acumen have enabled the company to combine the best practices of the Aerospace and IT industries, while retaining the agility and flexibility of a young and dynamic company.

Initially conceived to augment existing aerospace ventures through specialized support in sales, marketing, and human resources, ECM Consulting has evolved substantially under the visionary stewardship of Evgenia Pavlova. The company has metamorphosed from a service division to a standalone enterprise with robust capabilities.

Today, ECM Consulting harbors ambitious plans for business proliferation in both Canada and the United States, specifically targeting sectors that are rich in resources and hold untapped potential.
